What Toast reports work best?
Sales by Day gives daily revenue, orders, and guest counts. Item Selection Report adds menu item breakdowns. Both are supported — upload either.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No. Your file is parsed entirely in your browser — it never touches our servers. Only aggregated summaries are sent to the AI. Revi has no database. When you close the tab, everything is gone.
How do I access Pro after subscribing?
After payment you'll be redirected back automatically. On return visits, click "Already Pro" in the modal and enter your subscription email to verify instantly — no password needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe customer portal at any time. You won't be charged again, and you'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
How is this different from Toast's own reports?
Toast shows you the numbers. Revi tells you what they mean — naming your specific slow days, anomalies, and exactly what to do about them this week.
