Common questions

Does it work with my POS?
Revi works with Toast, Square, Clover, and Lightspeed natively. It also accepts any CSV or Excel file with a date column and a revenue column — if your POS can export a spreadsheet, Revi can read it.
Is my financial data actually safe?
Yes. Your file is parsed in your browser — it never leaves your device. Only aggregated stats (totals, averages, anomaly flags) are sent to the AI. Revi has no database, so nothing is stored anywhere. When you close the tab, it's all gone.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you full charts, the daily breakdown table, KPI cards, and date range filtering — all the data, forever free. Pro adds the four AI insight cards: Tailored Insights, Anomaly Detection, Day-of-Week Specials, and City-Wide Standing. These are generated by Claude AI reading your actual numbers.
How do I access Pro when I come back?
Click "Already Pro" in the modal on the dashboard and enter the email you subscribed with. Revi checks your active Stripe subscription and unlocks instantly — no password needed. Your access is remembered for the rest of your browser session.
How accurate are the AI insights?
The insights are only as accurate as your data. Revi sends Claude your actual daily numbers, so the analysis references real dates and real dollar amounts. The AI is strong at pattern recognition and benchmarking — but it doesn't know about local events, holidays, or staffing context unless those show up statistically in the data.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, anytime. Manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal. You won't be charged again after cancellation, and you'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.
